Every organization wants a high performing Product / Engineering organization, but few are able to accomplish it.  Fewer still are able to measure Engineering productivity as it relates to the achievement of business goals.  Having spent the last twenty years trying to “crack the code” on what makes for a high-performing organization, I have identified numerous factors that drive high Product / Engineering productivity.  By digging into the big three of People, Process, and Technology, I am able to vet out what’s working, what’s not working, and what needs to change across all three vectors to achieve high performance.  I’m also able to recommend a methodology of measuring productivity that allows business leaders to ensure their Product and Technology organizations are providing the appropriate ROI.
